Karen L. Montano 

Karen Montano is the PGM Business Manager. Karen brings three decades of first hand experience with nonprofit organizations. She has served as Executive Director of The Aids Lodging House, Executive Director of the Community Mobilization Team, President of Cumberland County Master Gardeners, the board Vice President of Maine Children's Trust, a board member for The Board of Visitors for the Maine Youth Center, Office Manager for Help Autistic People Please, Inc., and as members of the Junior League of Portland and the Rose Society. 

The experience and skills she has garnered from her roles in such a wide variety of organizations has given her valuable insight into the needs of nonprofit organizations.

Her managerial and organizational skills assure our clients are promptly served.
