Ruth is a Senior Accountant and Auditor at PGM LLC. An experienced professional with a comprehensive background in financial forecasting and analyses, strategic planning, budget preparations, investment oversight, cost allocations, human resource management and information technology support. Ruth’s experience prior to joining PGM LLC covers both the non-profit and for-profit sectors including a New Market Tax Credit Allocations firm, a Community Development Financial Institution, a Financial Literacy Institution, a Statewide organization serving the blind and visually impaired, a foundry, and a Transportation Museum.
